- 1 large onion
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- salt and pepper
- water
- catsup
Directions

1Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick.

2Chop onion.

3Place in large pot and fill with water to cover.

4Cook until tender.

5Dice bacon and fry until desired doneness.

6Mix bacon and grease into pot with potato onion mixture.

7Mix lightly so potatoes will not mush. Serve with catsup.
