- 4 squirrels
- 1 or 2 lb. bacon
- 6 large potatoes
- 6 large tomatoes
- 2 pods red peppers
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 4 ears fresh corn
- 1 c. fresh lima beans
Directions

1Wash and cut squirrel in pieces as you would to fry.

2Place in large pan with 3 or 4 gallons of water.

3Put squirrel, bacon, pepper, salt and beans.

4Let cook until squirrel is tender.

5Add potatoes and 1 stick of butter.

6Cut the ears of corn in half and add them.
-
7Let all cook together but not to pieces.

8Serve with hot corn bread sticks.
