  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles (small)
  • 5 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Brown meat; pour off fat.

    Add seasoning and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

    Cook noodles according to package directions.

    Mix onion, cream cheese and sour cream.

    In a buttered baking dish, layer meat, noodles, meat and cream cheese mixture until all is used.

    Top with grated cheese.

    Bake 20 minutes in 350° oven.
