- 1 Burdock (cut into long thin strips)

1Wash the burdock and then use a peeler to slice off thin strips.

2Place into a basket and leave to dry for 2 days.

3When the burdock strips have dried, dry-fry them in a frying pan over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

4Let them cool and store them.

5I think the most fragrant and delicious way to drink this is to place a pinch of this tea into a tea pack and let it steep in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
