Ingredients

  • 2 boxes graham cracker crumbs
  • margarine
  • 2 boxes raisins
  • 1 lb. candy cherries, chopped (may use more cherries if desired)
  • 2 bags large marshmallows
  • 2 cans Pet milk
  • 1 lb. bag pecans, chopped fine or English walnuts, ground in food processor

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients by hand to make sure there are no clumps of raisins or cherries.

    Cook marshmallows and milk over low heat, stirring constantly until marshmallows melt.

    Pour over dry ingredients and mix until everything is moist.

    Mix before mixture gets cool.

    Pour into tube pan greased well with margarine.

    Refrigerate.

    Cake will keep several weeks in refrigerator and it may be frozen as well.
