- 3 or 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- salt to taste
- vanilla to taste
Directions

1Heat milk, but do not boil.

2Beat eggs and sugar and stir into milk.

3Add salt and vanilla to taste.

4Cook like a custard until it thickens.

5Put mixture into freeze and thin with milk and cream.

6If a small freezer, use half the recipe.
