  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 cans Carnation milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla (I prefer vanilla-butternut flavoring)

Directions

    Pour 1/2 cup of granulated sugar into the blender and cover. Process at high for 60 to 70 seconds.

    Let stand for 30 seconds with the lid on, until the sugar settles.
  3. 3
    Rest the motor 2 minutes before repeating.
  4. 4
    This will make about 2/3 cup of powdered sugar.
