- 24 Oreos, crushed
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1/2 gal. ice cream, softened
- 1/2 bar German chocolate
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small can milk
- Cool Whip (optional)
Directions

1Mix Oreos and margarine; spread in bottom of dish and freeze. Soften ice cream; beat with mixer and pour over Oreo crust. Freeze.

2Combine chocolate, sugar, margarine and milk.

3Cook 4 or 5 minutes until sugar and chocolate are dissolved.

4Cool in refrigerator.

5Pour over ice cream and freeze.
