Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. Rice Chex, crushed
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Directions

    Mix first four ingredients together.

    Press mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Save a little for sprinkles on top.

    Slice ice cream about 1/2-inch thick.

    Lay on top of mixture.

    Add sprinkles on top.

    Freeze until ready to serve.
