- 1 c. corn flake crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (3 5/8 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
Directions

1Combine corn flake crumbs, sugar and margarine in a 9-inch pie pan; mix well.

2With back of tablespoon, press crumb mixture evenly and firmly around sides and bottom of pie pan.

3Chill. Pour milk into mixing bowl.

4Add pudding mix and ice cream; beat on low for 1 to 2 minutes, or until well beaten.

5Pour into crust. Refrigerate.
