  • 1 Duncan Hines chocolate chip cookie mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 2 pt. ice cream (any flavor)

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Mix together cookie mix, butter flavor packet, egg and water.

    Drop rounded teaspoonfuls about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

    Soften ice cream slightly.

    Make sandwiches with 2 cookies and ice cream. Wrap each in plastic wrap and store in freezer.
