   Mix crackers, sugar and oleo and press in a 9 x 13-inch pan and

   instant vanilla pudding with milk and whip together.

   softened ice cream to whipped pudding mix. Pour over crumbs

   refrigerate.

    Cool Whip (8 ounces) over pudding

    mixture

    refrigerate again. Crush Heath bars with rolling

    pin

    sprinkle on top of mixture. Refrigerate until time to serve.

    Put candy bars in refrigerator to chill before crushing.
