"Icebox" Cake

  • 1 large pkg. chocolate pudding
  • 1 large pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 1 box graham crackers

Directions

    Mix and cook puddings as directed on box (separately).

    Line the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass dish with graham crackers. Pour enough chocolate pudding on top of graham crackers to cover crackers.

    Place a layer of graham crackers covering chocolate pudding.

    Pour enough vanilla pudding on top of graham crackers to cover crackers.

    Continue layers of crackers, chocolate pudding and vanilla pudding (last layer should be vanilla pudding).

    Crush a few crackers and sprinkle on top of last layer of pudding. Place in refrigerator until firm (2 to 3 hours).
