  • 1/2 lb. peppermint stick candy, crushed
  • 1/2 c. coffee cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. gelatin, unflavored
  • 1 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 1/4 c. heavy cream, whipped
  • chocolate cookies (plain)

Directions

    Melt crushed candy with coffee cream in a double boiler. While hot, add gelatin soaked in cold water.

    Let cool and add the whipped cream.

    Line a loaf pan with cookies.

    Make alternate layers of cookies and filling.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Slice to serve.
