  • 1 large box lemon jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can Carnation milk, chilled
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. butter

    Dissolve jello in the water; cool.

    Cream the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; add jello. Fold whipped Carnation into jello mix.
