  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. green cherries (candied)
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar, plus 1 box for folding
  • 2 c. red cherries (candied)
  • 1 c. mixed fruit candies
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk

Directions

    Mix well all dry ingredients.
  2. 2
    Add milk; mix well again. Start adding more confectioners sugar until solid form.

    Form into small loaves.
  4. 4
    Roll in confectioners sugar.
  5. 5
    Wrap with aluminum foil and refrigerate.
  6. 6
    These cakes also freeze well.
