Icebox Fruit Cake(Serves 8)

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 jar chopped cherries
  • 1 box coconut
  • 1 box raisins
  • 1 lb. walnuts
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. 2
    Pour in can of Eagle Brand milk slowly and mix with hands.
  3. 3
    Add 1/2 of the cherry juice. Pour into jello-ring to mold.
  4. 4
    Store in refrigerator at least overnight.
  5. 5
    Unmold on serving plate and slice thin to serve.

    May also be put in loaf pan.
