Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 8 c. pecans, chopped
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 1 lb. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 lb. chopped dates
  • 1/2 lb. candied cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 1 lb. box graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt margarine, marshmallows and sugar on low heat; remove from heat and add dates.

    Then add all fruit, cracker crumbs and nuts. Press in large loaf pan lined with buttered wax paper.

    Dip fingers in water to press in pan.

    Refrigerate.

    Pry out of pan.

    Ready to slice and enjoy.
