  • 5 lb. or 12 large potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Peel and cut as to boil. Cook, then drain. Mash and beat in cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings. Store in refrigerator. Will keep 2 weeks in closed container. Bake at 300° for 1 hour. Yields 15 to 16 servings.
