Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. warm water
- 5 c. flour
Directions

1Put yeast in large bowl, add lukewarm water and stir until dissolved.

2Add salt, sugar, eggs, oil, water and flour.

3Mix well. Cover with waxed paper and chill overnight.

4Break off bits of dough, roll into balls and arrange in greased pan or on cookie sheet.

5(Three small balls in muffin pan will make cloverleaf rolls, or roll dough with rolling pin into circle, cut into triangles and roll into crescents.)

6Let rise until doubled in size, about 3 hours.

7Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 450°.

8Brush with butter or margarine.
