  • 1 box yellow SuperMoist cake mix
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can Betty Crocker creamy coconut and pecan frosting mix
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Beat as directions on box instruct.

    Add frosting and pecans.

    Beat on low until folded in. Bake in well-greased and floured Bundt pan on top rack of oven. Bake at 350° approximately 55 to 60 minutes.

    Let cool a few minutes before removing from pan onto wire rack to finish cooling.
