- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. cake flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°F.

2Fill muffin cups with paper baking liners.

3Mix together butter and sugar until fluffy.

4Add eggs and mix.

5Add flour, salt, baking powder, milk and vanilla and mix. Fill cups half full and bake until tops spring up.

6Let cupcakes cool for a while.
