  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 lb. American cheese, diced
  • 1 diced pimento
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 slice white bread, diced
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Cook potatoes, cool and dice in a large bowl.

    Add cheese, pimento, green pepper, onion, bread, salt, parsley and garlic. Mix lightly but thoroughly.

    Turn into a shallow baking dish. Pour melted butter and milk over potatoes.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
