  • 1 can ripe and raggedy peaches (large)
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cube oleo or butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Grease 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish and arrange peaches evenly over the bottom.
  2. 2
    Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the peaches evenly, dot with oleo or butter and bake in 350° oven for 55 minutes. When cool, serve with ice cream or nondairy whipped topping.
