Ingredients

  • 2 C. chicken broth
  • 1.5 C. milk
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 C. polenta/corn meal
  • 3 T. unsalted Butter
  • 1 C. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 T. fresh gr. pepper
  • 1/2 c. fresh chopped herbs

Directions

    Bring stock, milk and salt to boil. Wisk in polenta and stir on low heat for 15-20 mins. Remove from heat and stir in rest of ingredients. Can serve soft ( may have to add more liquid) or place in greased pan lined with roasted veggies and let sit at room temp.
