- 1 c. thin spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
- 2 c. rice
- 4 c. water
- 2 cubes beef or chicken bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. margarine (light)
Directions

1Use same method of One Knuckle Rice.

2In pan, saute thin spaghetti in one tablespoon margarine.

3Add rice, water and bouillon cubes.

4Bring to boil.

5Cover and turn down to low.

6Cook 20 minutes.

7Fluff rice mixture and add margarine.

8This is better than the real thing and best of all is lower in fat and salt content.
