Ingredients
- 1 lb. backfin crab meat
- 2 oz. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. cream or milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of paprika
- 1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
Directions

1Stir butter in double boiler until melted.

2Add flour and stir until smooth.

3In a bowl, mix cream, egg yolk, mustard, paprika, seafood seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.

4Add this mixture to flour mixture and heat and stir in double boiler until thickened. Remove from heat.

5Season with salt and pepper to taste. Carefully add crab meat to mixture.

6Place in greased shells or baking dish and bake 15 to 30 minutes at 350°.

7Yields 5 shells.
