- 1 c. minced red and green peppers
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. table cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb. crab meat (Deluxe)
- cracker crumbs, buttered
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Place minced peppers and butter in a tightly covered pan; steam for 5 minutes.

2Beat eggs, salt, cornstarch and dry mustard together; when well blended, stir in cream and Worcestershire sauce.

3Stir steamed vegetables into egg mixture.

4Season to taste with pepper.

5Add crab meat to sauce; place in shells and top with buttered cracker crumbs.

6Bake in a 375° oven for 45 minutes. Yield:
