Ingredients

  • 1 c. minced red and green peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. table cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 lb. crab meat (Deluxe)
  • cracker crumbs, buttered
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Place minced peppers and butter in a tightly covered pan; steam for 5 minutes.

    Beat eggs, salt, cornstarch and dry mustard together; when well blended, stir in cream and Worcestershire sauce.

    Stir steamed vegetables into egg mixture.

    Season to taste with pepper.

    Add crab meat to sauce; place in shells and top with buttered cracker crumbs.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 45 minutes. Yield:
