  • 1 lb. crabmeat, lump or backfin
  • 1 small green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 small jar pimiento, chopped
  • 3/4 pint mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 T mustard
  • 3/4 t salt

Directions

    Mix crab meat, peppers, pimientos, mustard and salt. Beat eggs any mayonnaise well and add to crab mixture.

    Pour into casserole.
