Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

   Grease 9-inch pie pan.

   Brown beef and onion, drain.

   Add salt and pepper.

   Spread mixture in bottom of pie pan.

   In mixing bowl, beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth or 1 minute with hand held mixer.

   Pour over beef in pan.

   Bake 25 minutes at 400°.

   Top with tomatoes and cheese.

   Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
