Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

   Heat oven to 400°.

   Grease pie plate.

   Cook and stir hamburg and onion over medium heat.

   Drain.

   Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in a pie plate.

   Beat milk, eggs and baking mix until smooth.

   Pour into pie plate.

   Top with cheese.
