Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

   Heat oven to 400°.

   Grease pie pan, 10 x 1 1/2-inch.

   Cook and stir beef and onion in skillet until beef is brown.

   Drain.

   Stir in salt and pepper.

   Spread in pie pan.

   Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth, about 1 minute.

   Pour over meat mixture.

   Bake 25 minutes, then top with tomatoes and cheese.

    Continue baking 5 to 8 minutes.

    Garnish with lettuce.
