  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 small pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Saute pepper and onion.

    Brown hamburger and add salt and pepper.

    Mix together milk, egg and Bisquick.

    Pour meat mixture with onion and pepper into a Pam sprayed square casserole dish. Pour Bisquick mixture over the meat mixture and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until brown.

    Top with cheese.
