- 2 eggs
- 1 c. 2% milk
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- sweetened whipped cream for garnish
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Place eggs, milk, margarine, vanilla, melted chocolate, sugar and baking mix in blender and blend on high 1 minute.

3Pour into plate and bake about 30 minutes or until custard leaves no indentation when pressed lightly in center.

4Cool before serving with whipped cream. Store in the refrigerator.
