- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 2 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. biscuit baking mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute.

3Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.

4Bake for 30 minutes or until set.

5Cool completely before serving.

6Serve topped with whipped cream, nuts, cherries or chocolate sprinkles.
