  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 c. sweet milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Blend together sugar and flour.

    Stir into eggs with remaining ingredients.

    Mix by hand or with mixer.

    Pour into 2 greased 9-inch pie pans.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until coconut is browned and pie is firm.
