  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo or margarine
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, flour and margarine until well combined.

    Fold in coconut.

    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch pie plates.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

    Crust forms as pie bakes.
