  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 c. sweet milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 (7 oz.) can flaked coconut

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Blend together sugar and flour, then stir into eggs with remaining ingredients.

    Turn into two greased 9-inch pie pans (no crust).

    Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes until coconut is browned and pie is firm.
