Impossible Mexican Pie

Directions

   Brown meat and onion; drain.

   Mix in taco seasoning (do not add water as package directs).

   Put beef mixture in greased 10-inch pie plate or casserole dish.

   Spread chilies over meat and sprinkle with cheese.

   Beat remaining ingredients together for 1 minute with mixer or 15 seconds in blender.

   Pour over meat and cheese.

   Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted into center of pie comes out clean.

   Serve with salsa.
