  • 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 tall can Milnot (13 oz.)
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/8 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/4 c. margarine (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

    Butter the bottom of 10-inch glass pie pan.

    Spread with coconut.

    Place all other ingredients in blender.

    Blend well on high speed.

    Carefully pour over coconut.

    Be sure coconut is moistened.

    Bake at 350° until firm.
