  • 8 or 12 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. biscuit mix (rounded)
  • 3 large eggs

Directions

    Put bacon, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese and onion in buttered pie plate.

    Mix milk, biscuit mix and eggs in blender for 1 minute.

    Pour over bacon, onion and cheese.

    Sprinkle with pepper. Bake at 375° for 55 to 60 minutes.
