Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon, crispy fried and crumbled
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. dry prepared Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Lightly grease 9 or 10-inch pie plate.

    Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly on bottom of pie plate.

    Place remaining ingredients in blender container.

    Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute.

    Pour into pie plate.

    Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (350° for 50 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

    Refrigerate any leftover quiche.
