Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon (approximately 1/2 lb., crisply fried and crumbled)
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (approximately 4 oz.)
- 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Lightly grease 9 or 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender.

3Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute.

4Pour into pie plate.

5Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

6Refrigerate any leftover quiche.

7Makes 6 servings.
