Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F (2051C).

2Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate.

3Heat 1 inch salted water (1/2 tsp salt to 1 cup water) to boiling.

4Add spinach, cover and heat to boiling.

5Cook spinach until almost tender (about 5 minutes).

6Drain spinach thoroughly.

7Mix spinach, onion and cheese in pie plate.

8Beat remaining ingredients in blender on High until smooth (about 15 seconds).

9Pour into pie plate.

10Bake at 400°F (205°C) about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

11Cool 5 minutes.

12Garnish as desired.
