Impossible Taco Pie

Directions

   Grease pie plate (9-inch).

   Preheat oven to 400°.

   Saute onions, then brown ground meat.

   Add seasoning mix and chillies. Blend in blender, milk, eggs and baking mix for one minute.

   Pour over meat mixture.

   Bake 25 minutes or longer, until knife comes out clean.

   Top with cheese and tomato.

   Bake additional 6 minutes.
