  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced or chopped
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped

Directions

    Brown meat and onion; add taco seasoning and put in deep 10-inch pie pan.

    Sprinkle on chilies.

    Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth; pour over meat.

    Bake 25 minutes at 400°; top with tomatoes and green pepper and sprinkle on Cheddar cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes more or until knife comes out clean.
