- 450 grams White rice
- 8 sheets Aburaage
- 200 ml Water
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Mirin
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
Directions

1Pour boiling water over the aburaage to cut excess oil.

2Slice into half, and open up to make little pockets.

3Add the ingredients and the aburaage from Step 1 into a pot, and simmer for 10 minutes.

4Mix the ingredients in a bowl to make sushi vinegar.

5Add mixture to freshly cooked rice, and mix with a cutting motion.

6Divide the rice into 16 portions.

7Squeeze out the excess water from the aburaage pockets, and stuff with sushi rice, and they're done.
