  • 1 lb. crabmeat
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • small minced onion
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and heat over a double boiler or in the microwave until all the cheese is melted and mixture is hot (not boiling).

    Pour into a chafing dish and serve hot with crackers.
