  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. broken nuts
  • whipped cream

    In 13 x 9-inch pan, mix brown sugar and cocoa.

    Stir in water and mix well.

    Add marshmallows.

    Prepare cake mix as directed. Spoon cake batter over cocoa mixture.

    Top with nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Top with whipped cream to serve.
