Indian Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 cup basmati rice (cooked)
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1-2 bunches of green onions
  • 1-2 jalapenos
  • 8-10 pieces of bacon (sliced)
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Sauce for rice
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • 1 Tbs minced garlic
  • 1 jalapeno
  • soy sauce to cover

Directions

    1 With oil in a frying pan add chopped garlic until darkened followed by bacon and jalapenos. Meanwhile beat 4 eggs in a bowl with a bit of salt.

    2 Pour into a large pot with hot oil on the bottom. Stir until eggs are scrambled then slowly add and stir in rice then add green onions.

    3 In the frying pan add cayenne pepper. Cook for a few 5 or so min. then combined all ingredients into the pot of rice.
